As badly as the UK and US insist that terrorism is a conspiratiorial phenomenon that has been generated at the behest of groups such as Al Qeada, incidenrts like this clearly indicate that much of it is in response to the behaviour of these governments. The Iraq insurgency is a self-fulfilling prophecy.
